The original Golden Hind was built in 1580 and was the first English ship to circumnavigate the globe.

Isabella of Glasgow is a period model of a Napolianic era armed merchant ship built 1800-1815. It was restored by Mark Sutherland in 1993.

This model is a reproduction of a typical end-of-18th Century galley. The original Reale de France was owned by the King (hence "Reale" in the name) and was about 200 feet long and 32 feet wide. While some of the 413 oarsmen were slaves, most were criminals condemned to life imprisonment.
